Payment Policy
Reservations are guaranteed upon payment of the full amount by the chosen payment method, up to 14 days before check-in.
The reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of proof of payment by email to favoritepotential@gmail.com
Failure to pay this amount will automatically cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
The conditions for canceling a reservation depend on how far in advance the respective communication is made:
– If it is up to 14 days before the check-in date, the full amount paid for the reservation will be refunded;
– If it is within 14 days before check-in, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If the guest does not show up on the day of the reservation, it is considered a “no-show” and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
A guest who has already checked in may interrupt their stay without being entitled to a refund.
Terms and Conditions
I. Scope of application
The terms and conditions set out in this document apply to the relationship between the potential guest, hereinafter referred to as the Client, and Apartmentsporto, from the moment the reservation is requested until the end of the stay.
In situations not covered by the Terms and Conditions, the applicable legislation will apply.
II. Booking Policy
Bookings can be made by telephone, email and through our website and Facebook page, and the Booking.com booking engine. Reservations by telephone, email, website and Facebook are subject to availability.
III. Arrival and Departure
Apartmentsporto will make the reserved apartment available from 3 pm on the scheduled arrival date.
At check-in, the guest must identify themselves and provide their identification document (identity card/passport).
On the departure date, the Client must leave the apartment free of people and property and without any damage by 11 am.
Check-in and check-out may take place outside the set times, provided that availability is checked with staff.
If the room is not vacated by 11 am on the day of departure, without any justification or prior consent from Apartmentsporto, compensation corresponding to the price of one night will be charged immediately, and the Guest will only be entitled to use the room during this period if there is availability. Otherwise, the Guest will have to pay the compensation and leave the room as soon as possible.
Apartmentsporto does not have a 24-hour reception service. We ask that guests inform us of their arrival time.
At check-in, a key ring with two keys will be given: one for the main door of the building and one for the apartment. If one of the keys is lost, the guest must be notified of the incident, and the cost of the key will be charged to the guest. The keys must be returned at check-out.
IV. Terms of use
Only the people indicated in the accommodation reservation will be entitled to use the apartment. Temporary visits to our guests are only permitted with the prior consent of the management of ApartmentsPorto.
The Guest and any accompanying person(s), if applicable, must treat other guests with consideration and respect the rules.
The common areas and equipment available to guests must be used in appropriate conditions and left clean and in good condition.
All damages, breakdowns and thefts associated with the Guest will be charged, taking into account the value of the damages in question.
Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult guest at all times during their stay.
ApartmentsPorto will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that may disappear within its premises.
The Guest must always close the doors to the building and the apartment door and ensure that they are properly locked.
In case of emergency, the Guest must call the contact details provided for this purpose.
V. Parking
ApartmentsPorto does not have private parking. However, there is paid public parking in the surrounding area.
VI. Animals
It is expressly forbidden to accommodate animals at ApartmentsPorto.
If a guest brings animals into the accommodation, ApartmentsPorto will inform the Client of the obligation to leave without refunding the amounts paid for making the room available during the contracted stay period.
VII. Noise
As a matter of respect and understanding towards all guests, special attention is requested to be paid to the silence in the stairwells and corridors.
Between 10 pm and 9 am, activities that cause noise that may disturb other guests are not permitted, in accordance with the General Noise Regulations.
VIII. Access to the room by ApartmentsPorto
The ApartmentsPorto team will have the right to enter the apartment during the Client's stay in order to carry out cleaning, repairs and similar work.
IX. Price of the stay and other prices
The price of the stay to be paid by the Client constitutes the consideration for the host.
